Local-remote team
The best of both worlds! We work from our homes in Greater Houston most days, but we’re tight-knit and grounded in our community. We host a sampling of in-person events for team building, program development and socializing.
Work-from-anywhere flexibility
Connective team members are welcome to work from anywhere for a week at a time while maintaining Houston working hours. Additional work-from-anywhere weeks are offered in the summer and around the winter holidays.
