We launched an online portal where residents completed single assistance applications, were screened for eligibility and connected to vetted home repair services. Together with home repair agencies, the Harvey Home Connect pilot has facilitated more than 1,000 home repairs since its launch.
We provided strategic consulting and technology infrastructure for the distribution of more than $550 million in rental and financial assistance for our community.
