Our Design Lab offers eight-week long design research sprints focused on exploratory or specific topics. We are co-developing and implementing a research plan in partnership with Harris County to better understand the needs of home-based child care providers and the barriers they face in accessing child care subsidies. Leveraging our experience in human-centered design research, we’ll draw insights from these interviews and compile a Findings & Recommendations report for Harris County.
We orchestrated a reflection on the BakerRipley Rental Assistance Program that we helped build to see what worked, and more importantly, what didn’t.
